4 fresh tomatoes
2 large rounds of fresh mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup fresh basil leafs
sea salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons Verde Valley Olive Oil Traders Traditional 18-Year Oak barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegar
1.Slice tomatoes in thick slices, salt and pepper to taste.
2.Slice fresh mozzarella in similarly thick slices.
3.Arrange tomatoes and mozzarella on a platter, alternating and overlapping slightly.
4.Drizzle all over with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and chopped basil.
Let stand at room temperature for a few minutes to an hour before eating as an appetizer.
