A St. Patrick’s Day Cocktail with Balsamic & Olive Oil

This refreshing Irish-inspired cocktail blends crisp apple flavors, delicate sweetness, and a smooth olive oil finish. The hint of balsamic adds depth while the olive oil creates a silky, luxurious texture.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Irish whiskey
  • 1 oz fresh apple cider
  • ½ oz Dolce Mela Organic Vinegar (apple vinegar)
  • ½ oz honey syrup (equal parts honey + warm water)
  • ¼ oz Elderflower White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 small bar spoon Sweet Valencia Orange Infused Olive Oil
  • Sparkling water or prosecco
  • Ice

Garnish

  • Thin apple slice
  • Fresh mint sprig
  • Light drizzle of olive oil on top

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the Irish whiskey, apple cider, honey syrup, Dolce Mela Organic Vinegar, and Elderflower White Balsamic Vinegar.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 10–12 seconds.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass with fresh ice.
  5. Top with a splash of sparkling water or prosecco.
  6. Float a small drizzle of Sweet Valencia Orange Infused Olive Oil on the surface.
  7. Garnish with an apple slice and mint sprig.
