This refreshing Irish-inspired cocktail blends crisp apple flavors, delicate sweetness, and a smooth olive oil finish. The hint of balsamic adds depth while the olive oil creates a silky, luxurious texture.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Irish whiskey
- 1 oz fresh apple cider
- ½ oz Dolce Mela Organic Vinegar (apple vinegar)
- ½ oz honey syrup (equal parts honey + warm water)
- ¼ oz Elderflower White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 small bar spoon Sweet Valencia Orange Infused Olive Oil
- Sparkling water or prosecco
- Ice
Garnish
- Thin apple slice
- Fresh mint sprig
- Light drizzle of olive oil on top
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the Irish whiskey, apple cider, honey syrup, Dolce Mela Organic Vinegar, and Elderflower White Balsamic Vinegar.
- Shake vigorously for about 10–12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass with fresh ice.
- Top with a splash of sparkling water or prosecco.
- Float a small drizzle of Sweet Valencia Orange Infused Olive Oil on the surface.
- Garnish with an apple slice and mint sprig.
