Our finest Balsamic Vinegar from Modena, Italy. Produced in the traditional Modena style and aged 18 years in oak barrels.
Suggested uses
Very diverse: thick enough to be dripped onto a dish as a condiment or for bread dipping. It is also balanced enough to pair with one of our olive oils for a salad dressing.
