Description
Our pepper mustard is delicately flavored with cilantro and made with white wine. It is fabulous on cheese and great in sauces. Also try adding it to a cheese omelet!
Use this mustard in place of regular mustard. Try it on sandwiches, burgers, brats, and with pretzels. Refrigerate after opening.
Baked Jalapeno Cheese Dip Recipe Below:
- 6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar jack mixed cheese
- 1 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small sweet onion, chopped fine
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 heaping tbsp. Gourmet Spicy Red Jalapeno Mustard
- 1 baguette loaf, cubed
Directions: Mix artichoke hearts, cheeses, garlic, onion, mayonnaise and mustard together. Place mixture in shallow baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until cheese begins to brown. Serve with cubed baguette and forks for dipping.
