Balsamic Vinegar with Steak
Mix equal parts of balsamic vinegar and dry red wine. Add salt and pepper to the steak and cook on the grill. Gently coat the top of the steak with the sauce with a brush as it cooks. When serving, spoon 1 tbsp of the balsamic vinegar and red wine mixture over the steak.
