OATMEAL WITH RIPE PEACH BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1/2 cup dry old-fashioned oats
1 cup water
2 tablespoons Ripe Peach Balsamic Vinegar
1 tablespoon fat-free French Vanilla powdered coffee creamer
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
In a microwave-safe bowl, stir together oats and water.
Cook for 1 minute in the microwave on HIGH.
Stir.
Cook for 30 seconds in the microwave on HIGH.
Stir in 1 tablespoon fat-free French Vanilla powdered coffee creamer until dissolved.
Add 2 tablespoons Ripe Peach Balsamic Vinegar and stir until fully incorporated.
Add 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon – more or less to suit individual taste – stir until fully incorporated.
(Wild Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar may be substituted for the Ripe Peach Balsamic Vinegar.)
