Hojiblanca (SPAIN) Extra Virgin Olive Oil – This early-harvested, green Hojiblanca has the typical herbaceous spiciness that has made this variety and style so popular. It is highly aromatic with a strong spicy herbal aroma. It has intense fruitiness and the flavor is quite complex with many nicely balanced characteristics of grass, green banana, mint, cinnamon, and black pepper.
